Oxfam Ireland is looking for a HUMANITARIAN ACCOUNTABILITY OFFICER to work in coordination with colleagues and partners through Oxfam’s Ireland, global, regional, and country offices to monitor and promote community and donor accountability informed by the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS), technical thematic standards and contractual donor obligations.
The successful candidate will hold education to the tertiary level, demonstrable experience, and technical expertise related to programme monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning. They will also have an understanding of power dynamics, vulnerability, inequality, and injustice and experience in the implementation of programmes intended to address same and complementary accountability/reporting functions.
