Community Law & Mediation Limerick: Administrator – deadline 22 October, Limerick
Limerick Community Law and Mediation is seeking to appoint a part-time Administrator (17.5 hours per week) on a fixed term contract of twelve months.
The part-time Administrator will be employed to provide secretarial/administration support to Community Law & Mediation Limerick.
The ideal candidate will have: a relevant third level and/or secretarial qualification; experience of an office/team environment; excellent interpersonal skills; strong administration and IT skills including MS Office and experience of using databases; experience in maintaining high administrative standards; strong organisational and time management skills; ability to work on their own initiative as and when required and under guidance; excellent communication skills; ability to work within and liaise between professional and support staff across CLM’s organisational structure.
The closing date for receipt of applications is Thursday 22nd of October 2015. Interviews will be held in Limerick on Tuesday 3rd of November.
