Secondly he/she will document good practice and the issues which are emerging from their work in order to ensure that the learning from this project can be replicated. They will represent Roma issues at appropriate fora and seek to identify other resources that can be accessed in order to meet the health needs of Roma.

Roma health needs must be understood in the context of their wider status in society. A social determinants and equality approach will be adopted in undertaking this work. The values and principles of the HSE National Intercultural Health Strategy 2007-2012 will underpin this role.
