This half days courses offer advisers a change to revise and update their knowledge on means tested benefits. The main benefits covered will include Jobseeker’s Allowance, Income Support, Employment and Support Allowance and Housing Benefit. Although this is a Welfare Rights Adviser Refresher course, you do not have to have attended a previous WRAP course to apply. This course is designed specifically for new and/or inexperienced advice workers or for advisers who want to take some time to refresh their knowledge of means tested benefits
