EPIC, Empowering People in Care are inviting applications for the role of Research and Policy Manger to lead the development and delivery of EPIC’s research and policy at national level in pursuit of the organisation’s goals as laid out in its Strategic Plan, 2022-2027. Central to the role is promoting and upholding children's rights, producing evidenced based policy and research through inclusive processes, and working directly with children in care and young people with care experience to ensure their voices are heard where it matters.
This is a full-time post (35 hours per week) based at EPIC's Dublin office with a salary of €55,000 to €60,000 per annum commensurate with experience; 25 days annual leave entitlement; and participation in the company pension scheme. This role will be flexible in line with EPIC’s current hybrid working model – requiring some office-based work and some remote work – within the working hours of the organisation.
