The aim of the seminar is to provide an overview of the Temporary Protection Directive, along with its transposition into Irish law under section 60 of the International Protection Act 2015, as well as examination of current and potential issues that may arise. It is envisaged that the discussion will last approx. 40 minutes with time for questions at the end.
