The successful candidate will be qualified to practice as a solicitor in Northern Ireland with at least two years’ post-qualification experience and at least one years’ post-qualification experience providing legal advice, information, conducting tribunal representation and managing case work in Immigration Law.
You should have a good knowledge of Immigration Law in Northern Ireland and knowledge of the law relating to children in Northern Ireland. Good IT skills, excellent communication skills and a commitment to children’s rights and participation are essential.
Attractive terms and conditions apply including company pension. This appointment will initially be for one year with good prospects for renewal.
NJC Salary Point 27; £30,507 per annum
