Threshold: Housing Advisors (CE Scheme) - deadline 6 January 2017

Threshold's advice centre in Dublin is currently recruiting for housing advisor positions.

The duties will include:

• Advising tenants on their rights and obligation by telephone, email and face to face consultations
• Advocating on tenants’ behalf and negotiating with landlords and letting agents
• Inputting and maintaining client data in our client database.
• General office administration.

The positions will appeal to applicants who want to join a team working in a busy office environment helping solve housing problems and prevent homelessness where you will get the opportunity to develop customer service, communications and advocacy skills. In-house and external training is provided and the positions have successfully lead to participant progression.
