The National Women’s Council of Ireland (NWCI) is seeking a ‘Women in Leadership’ Officer. The role involves developing a feminist leadership model and vision, working to reform structures that will enable women to progress in politics, boardrooms and senior positions in the public and private sector to increase the representation of women in leadership roles.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of women’s equality, strong communication skills and relationship-building skills and have an interest in working with a leading national women’s organisation.
