The Law Society of Ireland: Caring and the Law, Solicitors for the Elderly – 3 November, Dublin

This seminar is presented by Law Society Professional Training in partnership with Solicitors for the Elderly and will take place on Thursday 3 November in the Green Hall Lecture Theatre, Law Society of Ireland, Blackhall Place.

The focus of this seminar will be on carers and related issues. The speakers will discuss how legal practitioners can best serve vulnerable and/or elderly clients in this context. It will also deal with the protection of the practitioner. The seminar is designed in partnership with Solicitors for the Elderly. The topics range from the practicalities of the Nursing Home Support Scheme to an undue influence case law update. A panel of expert speakers will be available to deal with questions.
