The Ballymun Community Law Centre is holding a seminar to discuss the implications of recent High Court decisions about satisfying the duty of natural justice to those under investigation for child neglect or abuse. The talk will be presented by Dr. Adam McAuley, Department of Law and Government, DCU.
Registration for the seminar is €20, however social welfare recipients may attend for free. Spaces are limited, so pre-registration is required.
