Irish Refugee Council: Single Protection Procedure Seminar – 3 March, Dublin

The Irish Refugee Council is holding a day long seminar entitled “The Single Protection Procedure: Meeting International Obligations”, to discuss the current state of the Irish Protection system following the enactment of the International Protection Act 2015 and its “single Protection” procedure. Speakers at the event will include:

• Professor Guy S. Goodwin-Gill (All Souls College, University of Oxford)
• Nuala Mole, Senior Lawyer, the AIRE Centre (tbc)
• Patricia Brazil (Lecturer in Law, Trinity College, Dublin)
• Ángel Bello Cortés (Solicitor, KOD Lyons)
