The Children’s Rights Alliance is organising an information seminar for advice givers, family and parental support workers, youth workers and others supporting children, young people and their families on what remedies and supports are available when children's rights have been violated. In particular, this session will cover the role of the Ombudsman for Children, the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission and the Equality Tribunal.
The seminar will be delivered through lectures, examining real life scenarios and group discussion. Participants will also be provided with information materials.
The event is supported by St Patrick's Mental Health Services.
