A seminar on bail reform will be co-hosted by the Irish Penal Reform Trust and the Irish Criminal Bar Association on 11 November in the Jury Assembly Room of the Criminal Courts of Justice. The seminar will be chaired by The Hon. Mr. Justice Paul Butler.
