The Law Society’s Human Rights Committee is delighted to announce their Annual Human Rights Essay Competition. They invite all students of law, trainee solicitors (including those qualified in the previous year and those preparing for FE 1’s) and trainee barristers to submit an essay identifying a particular aspect of human rights law which they believe will have importance in the application or interpretation of Irish law.
The First Prize of €500 and second Prize is €250. All entries must be received by email to m.lynch@lawsociety.ie or addressed to, Michelle Lynch, Human Rights Executive, Human Rights Committee, Law Society of Ireland, Blackhall Place, Dublin 7.
