Law Reform Commission Review of Legal Issues Concerning Search Warrants – 14 March

The Law Reform Commission is currently reviewing issues of law concerning search warrants. The Commission hopes to obtain the views of both the legal professions and those who are likely to have a particular interest in, or specialist knowledge of the area. It is therefore circulating the Issues Paper attached, which outlines the Commission's work on the project to date. The Commission warmly welcomes input, however brief, from interested parties on the questions raised.

All responses will be treated in the strictest confidence unless interested parties indicate otherwise. Details of how to engage with the Commission on this topic are contained within the attached Issues Paper.

Submissions

These should be sent to the Law Reform Commission via email to consultation.searchwarrant@lawreform.ie with the subject line Search Warrant or via post to IPC House, 35-39 Shelbourne Road, Dublin 4, marked for the attention of Sarahrose Murphy.
