FLAC is delighted to announce that it will host a full-day conference on:
‘Legislating for Personal Insolvency in Ireland’: International Developments & Domestic Issues.
The conference will provide an opportunity for a range of stakeholders to discuss and analyse the forthcoming Personal Insolvency scheme from both an international and a domestic perspective. It will feature keynote addresses from renowned international experts Professor Jason Kilborn, John Marshall Law School, Chicago, USA and Egil Rokhaug, Lawyer, Ministry of Children and Family Affairs, Oslo, Norway.
