The 9th Annual Brian Walsh Memorial Lecture will be delivered by Judge Ann Power-Forde SC of the European Court of Human Rights. Judge Power-Forde will speak on "The Autonomous Concept of 'Family' in the Jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights". This lecture will touch on issues such as adoption, parental rights, same-sex relationships and the best interests of the child.
The event will be chaired by the Hon. Mrs. Justice Susan Denham, Chief Justice of Ireland.
