The Public Law Project is hosting a conference "Public Law & Judicial Review North 2011" at BPP Law School, Manchester on 14 July 2011. The day includes sessions on challenging public sector cuts, use of international law in domestic courts, the Equality Act 2010 and trends and forecasts in public law. Workshops will look in detail at funding public law challenges, The Court of Protection, Community Care Law, Asylum Support and the Local Government Ombudsman, Proportionality, evidence and disclosure in judicial review.
