TASC is an independent think-tank dedicated to combating Ireland's high level of economic inequality and ensuring that public policy has equality at its core. On 14 February 2011 TASC will host Rev. Jesse Jackson, American civil rights leader and equality campaigner, to be 'interviewed' by broadcaster and author Myles Dungan. The format will be an interview with Rev. Jackson followed by questions from the audience. The venue is Liberty Hall Theatre on Eden Quay in Dublin, and the event will start at 7pm sharp.
To cover the significant costs incurred in hosting this exceptional event there will be a cover charge of €22 per ticket. Tickets are being handled exclusively by the Central Ticket Bureau in Liberty Hall and can be booked online at www.ctb.ie or by phone at 0818-205205 Monday to Friday between 11.30am to 3.30pm. A Facebook event page is also available here. (TASC is not handling the ticket sales so please do not contact TASC for tickets.)
