The European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) will hold three seminars relating to the European Courts in the coming months.
The first, which is being held in Luxembourg on 18-20 October, will be on the topic of "How to Litigate before the European Courts". The seminar will provide a practical approach to the European Courts proceedings. The seminar aims to inform litigants of the work involved in taking a case before the European Courts. The second will be on the subject of 'The Preliminary Ruling Procedure in Practice' and will be on 21-22 October, also in Luxembourg. The objective of the seminar is to provide a practical guide on the use of the preliminary ruling procedure to those who initiate and/or intervene in it (members of referring courts and tribunals, legal agents of intervening parties in the proceedings, etc.). The third seminar is entitled "Annual Conference: Recent Trends in the Case Law of the European
Courts: What Directions for the Future?" and will be held on 2-3 December in Luxembourg. It is intended to provide participants with an overview of the current case law of the European Union Courts with particular emphasis on bench mark decisions.
