ICCL: Tender for training manual on the Right to Access a Lawyer – 10 July 2015

The Irish Council for Civil Liberties is seeking tenders to develop a Training Manual on the Directive on the Right of Access to a Lawyer (the “Directive”). It is intended that the Training Manual will complement the ICCL’s publication “The EU Directive on the Right of Access to a Lawyer: A Guide for Practitioners” (available here), and a series of training workshops for legal practitioners (seminars and webinars) on the right of access to a lawyer. More broadly, it is intended that the Manual may be used for training carried out in EU Member States on the implementation of the Directive.
