The Law Society’s Human Rights Committee and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association invite tenders for a report on the application of the European Convention on Human Rights Act 2003 and the European Charter of Fundamental Rights in the Irish courts. The report will be provisionally entitled ‘A Report on the Application of the European Convention on Human Rights Act 2003 and the European Charter of Fundamental Rights in Irish Law’.
