Breaking news - Ireland grants first Protective Costs Order

In breaking news, it was reported in the Irish Independent today that privacy campaigner Max Schrems will have to pay no more than €10,000 in legal costs if he loses his complaint about the mass transfer of data by Facebook Ireland to US intelligence services.  The order was granted by Judge Gerard Hogan.
