The essential event for pro bono lawyers, NGO leaders, and others who are dedicated to using law as a tool to achieve social justice, PILnet’s seventh annual European Pro Bono Forum will be held 24-25 October 2013 in Warsaw, Poland. Join us at this year’s Forum for a vital gathering of top legal experts, heads of bar associations, and pro bono supporters from law firms, corporations, NGOs, and law schools, collaborating to better deliver justice and protect rights. Last year’s Forum in Madrid represented a high-water mark for pro bono in Europe, and the 2013 Forum promises to expand this success. View the agenda.

The 2013 Forum will include a heightened focus on corporate pro bono, support for NGOs, and human rights concerns. In addition, a dynamic new set of workshops—the Pro Bono Lab—will examine innovative practices, including novel collaborations and tools to multiply pro bono impact.

THE NGO MARKETPLACE
The NGO Marketplace will take place from 16:30 to 18:00 on Thursday 24 October.
NGOs participating at the Forum will be given table space at the Marketplace to display and distribute organizational materials. Past NGO Marketplaces at the Forum have proven to be excellent opportunities for NGO representatives to network with lawyers and other Forum participants and to build long-lasting partnerships.
