The Irish Centre for European Law is holding a conference on Remedies for Breach of EU Law by Public Authorities, to include updates on recent EU, ECHR and Irish case law.
Special consideration will be given to Environmental Law matters.
The event will be held in conjunction with the Association of European Administrative Judges and judges from throughout the EU will attend.
Speakers include The Hon. Mr Justice Frank Clarke of the Supreme Court and The Hon. Mr Justice Bernard McCloskey of the Belfast High Court, who was recently appointed President of the UK Immigration and Asylum Tribunal.
