PILA Legal Education ‘Habitual Residence Condition and the Social Welfare Appeals Process’ - 23 January, Dublin

Through its pro bono referral scheme PILA is organising a half day legal education session on the habitual residence condition and the social welfare appeals process. The session will deal with the legislation and application of the habitual residence condition and the social welfare appeals process. Kevin Baneham BL will deliver the session.
