Queen's University Belfast is hosting the Steven Livingstone Lecture on 5 December 2011. The topic of the lecture is "The Role of a Human Rights Commission in Challenging Times" and Professor Michael O'Flaherty of the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission will be the main speaker.
The event will be chaired by Dr Jean Allain, Director, Human Rights Centre, School of Law, Queen's University Belfast.
