Amnesty International Ireland's new right to health campaign 'Healthcare Guaranteed' will be launched tomorrow by Miriam O'Callaghan. The event will include a briefing on the right to health campaign and the launch of Amnesty International Ireland's new report 'Healthcare Guaranteed? The Right to Health in Ireland.'
Since 2003, Amnesty International Ireland has been working on economic, social and cultural rights, which includes the right to health. The overall focus of the right to health campaign is to lobby government to ensure a legal guarantee of equal access to healthcare for all, regardless of who you are or what you can afford.
The launch will take place tomorrow, Thursday 16 June 2011, 10am-11.30am at the Royal College of Physicians, No. 6 Kildare St., Dublin 2.
