Amnesty International Mary Robinson “Realising rights for the world's most vulnerable” 6 May 2011

Amnesty International would like to invite you to an evening with Mary Robinson, to help mark fifty years of Amnesty campaigning for human rights. Former President of Ireland, UN High Commissioner on Human Rights, part of The Elders Group, and now founder of the Mary Robinson Foundation for Climate Justice, Mary Robinson is one of the world's leading campaigners for human rights. She is the recipient of numerous honours and awards throughout the world including the Presidential Medal of Freedom from President Obama. The lecture will be followed by a question and answer session.

The event is taking place on Friday 6 May from 7pm - 8.15pm in Whitla Hall, Queens University, Belfast. It is free to attend but booking is essential. To book please click here.
