Lecturer in Law (Three-Year Contract) National University of Ireland Maynooth, deadline 28 February 2011

The Department of Law at the National University of Ireland, Maynooth are seeking to recruit a full-time Lecturer in Law. The appointee will take up a range of teaching duties across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. They are seeking a candidate with a strong record of academic publications and teaching. Candidates must possess excellent academic qualifications. The successful candidate will hold a doctorate from a leading institution, or be in the final stages of completion of a doctorate, demonstrate ability to conduct and publish academic legal research in journals, demonstrate ability or potential to attract external research funding and demonstrate competence to teach on programmes already established in the Department.
